Stila Illuminating Liquid Foundation Review

A few of you nagged my ear off about not having tried the Stila Illuminating Liquid Foundation yet (Jokes!) and so obviously I had to tell you what I thought of it when it came dropping on through my letterbox and landed on my desk. I have a really short desk... Hahaha! again... jokes. I am literally loosing my mind.
Anyhoo! I was sent the lightest shade to try which is '10 Watts' because I have really fair skin and was so happy to see how light this looked in the packaging, but as soon as I applied it, it looked a shade darker than it looked in the pan. I was sooo gutted by this!
Still, I tried working with what I had and so I applied this on freshly washed and moisturised skin as always and I used it quite sparingly to start with to see how the coverage would look with a small amount and if it was buildable and all that yeehaw.
The product had a really good coverage, it has a medium coverage but is definitely buildable. I LOVED the coverage of this and the finish of it was gorgeous too - it took luminous to a whole new level though and I would really recommend using a setting powder to take away the excess shine.
With that said, I didn't find it oily whatsoever, it was just really glowy and I can see that if I had a tan then this would be amazing but I was sooo disappointed by the color that I just was gutted!
If you have anything other than whiter than white skin, I envy you! YES YOU!! lucky swines!
