Steven Wilson has used deepfake technology for the video for Self, a track from his new album The Future Bites. Tackling narcissim and asking questions what is real he drives home his point by replacing his face with the features of countless celebrities, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Marc Zuckerberg, Scarlett Johansson, Paul McCartney, and Tom Cruise. The final guise is his transformation into his hero David Bowie. The clips was directed by Miles Skarin.
