This team needs help at Shortstop. Drew will be available without draft pick compensation following the amateur draft. If the team can claw its way back to respectability, will they be bidders for Drew? Would he take a 2 year deal as a stopgap until Hansen is ready? Boras is his agent so that's definitely an issue. What a boost it would be to bring up Polanco and add Drew to the lineup within a week!
Then they could concentrate on acquiring arms at the trade deadline. IF they are buyers.
