Stay the Course

Make no mistake about it,there will be changes in 2013 for the Pittsburgh Steelers,and rightfully so.The organization and fan base will not accept an 8-8 record.
However, when you look at the moves made on Black Monday,you see alot of the usual suspects, Cleveland,Buffalo,Arizona K.C teams that haven't had much success lately.
Some of these franchises don't and never will "get it".Knee jerk reactions just don't cut it. In any business you have a solid plan and cooperation between all phases of the organization. I lifted this from N.F.L Com, and it states exactly why I Quote:
