Caveman Coffee was kind enough to send me some of their White Gold Roast. This is a lighter roast with a slightly nutty flavor. It was perfect for me since I don’t like a real dark, heavy coffee. White Gold also contains chlorogenic acid, which includes anti-inflammatory properties and promotes fat loss by regulating the glucose levels in your system. I always knew that coffee was healthy! And, of course, if you do like a darker coffee, Caveman Coffee has several other types to choose from with fun names like Blacklisted Roast and Sabertooth Roast.
