Staring at the Ceiling...

because I sprained my back this weekend. I had an awesome weekend, but I think I might have built a house of cards that got knocked down with a single cough.
The Hubs and I took the train into Boston Saturday afternoon, walked about 8 miles (my calves ached by 6pm) and barhopped til after midnight- then I ran my first 5k the next morning and sprained my back from coughing. (I was feeling cocky after last weekend's half marathon and had no idea how fast people ran in a 5K. My lungs have a new appreciation for y'all).
I am flat out for real now. I don't like being in pain either, I am really grouchy, mostly because I'm staring at shit and projects I physically can't do right now. And I'm gonna swear a lot because that is what I do when I'm in pain. I'm also getting lots of ideas for my ceilings. Lets take a look, shall we?
