This past month seems to have flown by which means its time for more end of month star products that I have found myself absolutely loving. If you missed last months faves then check them out here. For the month of March I have 5 stars to tell you about, so lets get to it!
Monthly Faves: Smashbox Full Exposure Eyeshadow Palette
Monthly Faves: Smashbox Full Exposure Eyeshadow Palette
Monthly Faves: Smashbox Full Exposure Eyeshadow Palette
1. SMASHBOX Full Exposure Eyeshadow Palette (here& UK here)I bought this palette about a year ago when there was big hype surrounding it and I have used it on and off (seeing as I own an insane amount of eyeshadow palettes) but this month I have found it to be my most reached for and most useful eyeshadow palette that's perfect for any look. I haven't written about this before and I have no idea why! The top 7 shades are all shimmer/glitter shadows which are all fairly natural with their shimmer pay off and not so full on and the bottom 7 are all matte cool and warm neutral tones. I have been wearing a brown smokey eye lately and love it - simply because by adding some more of the darker matte shades, you can easily transform a day look to a night look in a flash! The powders are nicely pigmented but very natural, the mattes are soft and buttery, really easy to build up and a perfect mix of wearable neutral tones. The brush that comes with the palette is brilliant with one end for packing on color and the other for blending making this one worthwhile purchase.
Monthly Faves: Nars Pro Prime Eyeshadow Base Primer
2. NARS Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (here)When it comes to eyeshadow primers I seem to stick with my beloved Urban Decay Primer potion but this Nars primer is pretty amazing too. I used this one on my wedding day and it held my eye make-up on without any movement for the entire day and night (and it was into very early hours!) It's just so easy to use and apply with the doe foot applicator and I love the fact that this one applies clear and dries in quick time. It does everything that an eyeshadow primer should do! I find with this, even my mascara stays put and doesn't imprint on my upper eyelids as it can sometime do. If you suffer from your eyeshadows or eye makeup smudging then I highly recommend trying this one out!Monthly Faves: La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo
3. LA ROCHE-POSAY Effaclar Duo Moisturiser (here)This is my french pharmacy must have and my secret weapon to making my skin behave itself in times of any unexpected outbreak. The Effaclar range is predominantly designed for oily/spot prone skin as it is very lightweight in texture but anyone can use this. It is just amazing at helping clear your skin when it freaks out due to hormones, stress or just any crazy skin time. I have normal/combination skin and rarely get breakouts (only around 'that' time) and continuously use this as my moisturiser at night to keep my skin clear and hydrated. Anyone can use this product as it helps to purify the skin and keep pores unclogged, even dry skin types - just use it underneath your moisturiser for the added hydration. It also eradicates those annoying red areas that break outs can leave you with. I wouldn't be without this little skin saviour!Monthly Faves: Espa Body Wash
4. ESPA Bergamot Jasmine & Cedarwood Body Wash (here)I am totally addicted to this scent and words cannot even describe how good this is! When you close your eyes and breathe it in, it just feels like you have been transported to a luxury spa. It's a real aromatherapy, relaxing, fresh, happy smell. This is just a small size that I was given from a recent hotel stay but I shall definitely be after the full size when this runs out. I love ESPA products as they really are pampering and are actually used in a lot of lovely spas world-wide. I like to use this on a body puff in the shower or under the tap in a bath as the whole bathroom smells incredible and my skin is very soft and happy afterwards. It's just divine and very luxurious.Monthly Faves: Cocowhite Oil Pulling Minty Fresh
5. COCOWHITE Oil Pulling Teeth Whitener (here)I have written a whole blog post about this product with before/after pictures here as it really did impress me a lot. Cocowhite has been in real high demand after running a very strong instagram campaign that has got everyone wanting to swoosh coconut oil around in their mouth for whiter teeth! I am a big fan of this method and brand as I have achieved really amazing results from using it and even bought more to carry on my cleaner teeth regime! Its so simple and easy to do for the great results that you can get. I had to include it seeing as I have been doing this for most of the month and highly recommend it if you are thinking of giving it a go yourself.
