S&S; News: Kiefer Sutherland Confirmed as Snake In Metal Gear Solid V Konami has finally confirmed the new voice of Snake in MGS V, and it'll be the 24 actor, Kiefer Sutherland.
Speaking during a pre-E3 press conference, Kojima said he needed someone who could deliver the expressive qualities of an older Snake, or a man in his late 40s.
"I needed someone who could convery facial and vocal qualities of a man at his age, so I asked a producer friend of mine in Hollywood, Avi Arad, for advice," said Kojima."He's the one who introduced me to Mr. Kiefer Sutherland."
"I felt that he was the perfect fit in terms of age and performance," he added. "Kiefer immediately understood what I was looking for."
David Hayter saw the announcement, and he made some pretty interesting comments on his Twitter page, which was clearly a shot.
