I told you. More spray painting project. And more party planning stuff to come too. So if you can bear with it for one more week.. we'll all get along nicely.
I'm so happy for this transformation especially. I've had this vase since I first got married. It was one of my first decor items I bought for our place. But it's been a few years since I used it at all. It needed a facelift.
Here's the before: a simple glass vase
I know, I know. There's nothing wrong with it. But really, I never used it anymore. And I LOVE the brown.
If you're thinking of painting clear glass, this is what I recommend. Prime the heck out of it. It turned out perfectly because of it.
And seriously.. the best primer I've used is Kilz. It covers thick and it's very saturated. So it works all the time.
And it worked great on my cake plate, too. Remember this buy from this post.
Well, I needed some new white cake plates. It's not a big change, but white is classic.
And so it is.
