As most of you know, I try to eat healthy the majority of the time. Don’t get me wrong, I cheat and eat bad foods too. These kale chips are just like cheating but you’re not! They give you the crunch and saltiness of a chip but they are packed with nutrients.
These are pretty easy to make. Here are the ingredients that you will need:
Kale (1 bunch)
1tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp Red pepper flakes
Take all of the leaves off of the kale.
Toss all ingredients with the kale in a gallon ziploc bag. Shake it up to coat the kale.
Lay your kale out on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees flipping every 10 minutes until the kale is crispy.
A healthy snack that will satisfy that chip craving!
