Special Masala Pori

Ingredients:
Pori (Puffed Rice) - 2 cups
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Fried Peanuts - little
Round Red Chillies - 1 or 2
Mustard Seeds - little
Curry Leaves - few
Ompodi as required
Kara Boondi as required
Oil as required

Method:
1. Heat a little oil in a pan.
2. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies for 30 seconds.
3. Remove and transfer to a mixing bowl.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well to mix.
5. Serve.
