LANCASTER – Organizers for Saturday’s Kid’s Charities CHILL OUT event are actively preparing for a “Fun-Raiser” that will feature wild auctions, retro video games, a sofa lounge and extraordinary live entertainment to help raise funds for Kid’s Charities of the Antelope Valley.
50 Shades of Fun-raising – This is a Fun-raiser You Don’t Want to Miss! Kid’s Charities CHILL OUT Fun-Raiser takes place Saturday, Feb. 22 at Calandri Cold Storage, 742 West Avenue L in Lancaster, Ca. 93534
Behind the magical efforts of setting up this event are two Antelope Valley producers who were selected for their design talents in theme treatment.
Jeffrey Hillinger of AV Shows and Mark Vincent of AV Special Events are providing audio and visual engineering to the fundraiser to create special effects for patrons.
Hillinger told the Bee that he and Vincent were chosen to provide “sound, audio and staging effects that also include vintage video games projected on the wall and atmospheric light settings for the entertainment concept.”
The evening will take place in a 10,000 square-foot facility known as “The Cold Storage Lounge,” compliments of Calandri Cold Storage.
The event’s emcee is the very talented John Loomis, and live music will be preformed by Hit Machine along with a very special appearance of the Magni5 – these kids will knock your socks off!
The Kids Charities supports over 25 local children’s charities. You too can be a supporter for this first annual CHILL OUT!
