Barvetta Singletary

NBC4 Washington reports that on Aug. 7, 2015, police arrested White House staffer Barvetta Singletary, Special Assistant to the President and House Legislative Affairs Liaison, for firing a gun at her boyfriend, a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

According to arrest documents, 37-year-old Singletary sent her boyfriend a text, asking him to come to her Upper Marlboro home for sex. After they had sex, she confronted her boyfriend about the other woman he was dating.

Singletary asked to see her boyfriend’s cellphones. When he refused, Singletary reached into his bag and retrieved two cellphones and his .40-caliber Glock 23 service weapon.

The victim pleaded with her to return his weapon. But Singletary demanded that the victim give her the passwords to the phones. When he refused, Singletary then pulled the gun out of its holster, pointed it at the victim and said, “You taught me how to use this. Don’t think I won’t use it.”

When the victim again refused to give her the passwords, Singletary said, “Your phone is more important than me holding the gun on you.” She then pointed the gun in the victim’s direction and fired one round into the sofa where the victim was sitting.

Fearing for his life, the victim ran away from the home and called 911. The victim told police he had seen Singletary wipe the gun down with a towel. Singletary was arrested at the scene without incident. She is charged with first and second degree assault and reckless endangerment.

The Obama White House put Singletary on unpaid leave, and her access to the White House complex is revoked “until they have more information.”

After each mass shooting event false flag, Obama immediately goes on national TV bleating about the need for gun control.

The incident reported below happened more than two months ago. But Obama never mentioned Barvetta Singletary in all his lectures to Americans on gun control. Nor did the major newspapers and TV networks report on this incident. Isn’t it important news that a special assistant to a gun-control president committed a crime with a gun?

Please don’t bother to answer my rhetorical question, as we all know the answer.
