PlayStation 2 was one of the gaming consoles that made a huge difference in the world of gaming in the past decade. But, after the arrival of the much more powerful PlayStation 3, it was less noted by gamers. So, it’s not really a surprise to see this halt of production. But the company didn’t say why they’ve made this decision. Now the real question we have is, are they trying to make space for the next-gen console?

Next-generation gaming console talk and rumors has been on the news for a quite a while now. But, after all the details about Microsoft’s  Xbox 720 console, Sony must have decided that it’s time for them to start making plans for the next big thing.

What do you think? Are you looking forward to PS 4?
