Last week my friend in my head Solange Knowles received the key to NOLA. Unlike DJ Khaled keys this was a real one. The singer, who now resides in the Big Easy with her family, was very humbled by the honor. “I can’t put into words how grateful I am to be given the key to the city,” she tweeted. “New Orleans, from the bottom of my soul, I am so thankful.” To celebrate the great accomplishment she played Cash Money and No Limit all day.
