Soft Ginger Cookies Drop Cookie Recipe
This Soft Ginger Cookies recipe is such a breeze to put together (it is a drop cookie)–and smell so homey while they bake!
It’s a definite keeper. I was surprised by how much our boys loved this cookie recipe.
But, like with Ginger cookies in general, they seem to get hard after about three days. So, eat up and share with those in the neighborhood!
