How Do Our Customers Use Snow Angels Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?
Our customers can use this minty sweet fragrance oil to create all kinds of bath and body products. Bath oils, bath gels, soaps, bath bombs, and other related bath products can be scented with a fragrance concentration of 5%. Body products that are meant to be used directly on the skin and not washed off immediately, such as lotions or perfumes, can only use a concentration of 3% for this scent.
Also, cold process soap can be made with this aroma. Our Cold Process Soap Testing Results have shown that this fragrance oil is great for this method of creating soap. A batch that uses this scent has no ricing and no acceleration. While our tests did reveal some separation during the curing process, the fragrance reabsorbed later on. Further, this scent will cause a dark chocolate discoloration in the soap and the bars will have a strong scent retained. Due to the vanillin content of 17%, it it likely that adding vanilla white stabilizer will reduce the discoloration. If you wish to color any of your bath and body products, then feel free to use your prefered shade of soap colorant, but we recommend not coloring bath and body products that use this scent.
How Do Our Customers Use Snow Angels Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?
Room scenting products can be created with this sweet and minty fragrance oil. Potpourri, reed diffusers, and incense can each be scented with up to 50% of this fragrance oil. Also, any kind of homemade cleaning product can be created with 5% of this vanilla mint scent. Products made of aroma beads will retain a nice and strong scent for this fragrance oil.
Furthermore, this wonderful fragrance oil can be used to create all kinds of wax based room scenting products. Candles and wax melts made of either vegetable waxes or paraffin wax can use up to 10% of this fragrance oil. Joy wax and wow wax will both perform perfectly for this scent and soy wax will have a nice and strong aroma for this fragrance. We suggest using no color for this fragrance oil. If you want to color your candles and tarts, then you can use liquid candle dyes or color blocks. As always, just remember not to use crayons in the candle products or you will likely have your wick clogged.
