Last week's task was to try a new recipe.
I have a confession to make.
This past week (as most of you know) was my Spring Break.
Which means I didn't spend very much time in the kitchen. I was gonna cook a super awesome dinner Sunday night with Adam but that didn't happen. Can you really blame me when I spent my Sunday here?
I spent the day at the beach with my cousin and we had a blast.
She kept me entertained as you can see...
And a normal one :)
We don't get to see each other that much so I appreciated
getting to spend a whole day with her at the beach!
BUT I didn't totally let you guys down...
Adam & I made some pico de gallo Sunday night and I've never made that before
so it counts right?!
We used:
jalapeño
tomato
onion
cilantro
lime juice
and I ate it with some delicious multigrain pita chips...so good!

Of course, I'm always excited for the tasks, but I think this week's is going to be extra fun :)
This week's task:Do something that is unique to where you live.This can be eating a restaurant that is exclusive to your city/town, shopping in a local boutique, going to a theme park...something big or small. I'm so grateful for having such a wonderful place to live - I love Florida and I love my city!
