I love when something old turns around and becomes something new! If you know me, you know I’m a huge fan of anything {and everything} retro! So let’s take it back to the 1950s. The new (but old) itsy, bitsy, teeny, weeny, polka dot bikini.

This high-waist bikini is so trendy and super cute. It’s a throwback to old school bikinis and swimsuit. But wait…it also very modern. High waist bikinis and swimsuits are becoming more and more popular. And….they are extremely slimming. I purchased this one you see in this post about a month ago and I truly love it!
I picked up my bikini online. They can be found in several cute styles and colors at places like CiCi Hot and LolliCouture. They are also affordably priced — under $25! Yup! You can get 2 for under $50!
THAT’S SO 50s…
That’s so 50s. But it’s so hot, right?! Take a little vintage inspiration this summer and go with a high waisted bikini or bathing suit. They are more than trendy, ladies. High waist bikinis and bathing suits are very figure flattering.
