Easy peasy homemade skinny Ranch dressing at 5 calories a tablespoon is creamy and flavor some.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Lighter than light Mayonaise
2 tbsp 0% strained greek yogurt
1 tbsp Quark
8 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
Garlic Clove
Pepper
Dried Parsley
Add all the ingredients into a mini grinding mill and whizz for about a minute.
Taste to ensure its to taste. You can keep the dressing/sauce in the frigde for up to 5 days.
Enjoy over a salad or use as a dip for crisps, chips or anything you would like!
