But this time, it's love. I had seen Jurlique products here and there and always gone goggly eyed at their packaging, I love their simple and sturdy approach showcasing a mixture of glass bottles and metal tubes - very clinical and they feel luxe in your hands.
I'll start off the positive vibes with the Purifying Mask* (£43) which is your typical product which focal job is to clear up the nasties and impurities that can lurk around your face. It holds a rather strong seaweed and clay scent that can be a tad smelly but it's worth enduring for ten minutes due to the results it can bring. As it includes gritty beads the mask helps to exfoliate the skin and the product cools when applied. The clay aspects help to lift any excess oil along with assisting the removal of impurities to leave the skin looking fresh, calm and that one step closer to being clear. I've been adoring using this once a week, usually on a Sunday evening, to start the week off better!
The Daily Moisture Balancing Serum* (£40) is encased in a glass bottle that is certainly one for the dressing table. It's not a too overpowering rose scent as I sometimes feel that rose can smell a bit 'old lady', but this is a lot more subtle and less noticeable. If you have dehydrated skin, this works alongside your everyday moisturiser to help boost hydration and leave the skin feeling brighter. It has a sort of pearly look to it which really does make your skin feel glowing and radiant without being too disco-ball shiny. Patted onto the skin and neck this is a product I add in to my routine when I feel like my skin is just 'missing something'.
Lets finish off with the Moisture Replenishing Day Cream* (£27.50) which really does bring the routine full circle. I'm going to hold my hands up and say that this is the richest moisturiser that I have ever tried, it is so thick in consistency and gives your skin a good 'drink', fabulous for those lacking moisture. A small amount goes a long way and it absorbs into the skin which leaves it feeling beautiful and supple. I always find myself constantly touching my skin after I've used this as it feels so soft. I would definitely say this is more of a night cream than a day cream however, purely due to how rich it is.
When these products are used on their own they're fabulous, but as a trio they are a mini pamper that makes my skin feel wonderful. I think Jurlique will grow from strength to strength this year and I'm dying to get my hands on some more products. Let me know in the comments if you've tried any of their products or maybe I have swayed you to check them out for yourselves? Let me know what skincare products you love for a pamper too!
