Pacific Beer Chat From the Parkside Brewery in Port Moody comes their "Skate or Dye Mango ISA:. The beer pours a murky orange colour with a white head. The aroma consists of mango, pineapple and an overall juicy hops presence. The flavour is of mango, pineapple, citrus pith, herbal hops, resin, mild bitterness and some dankness. The alcohol content comes in at 4.5% with an IBU of 40. This is probably the best IPA or ISA that Parkside Brewery has produced to date.
Commercial Description: This hazy tropical treat is bursting with mango upfront followed by hints of passionfruit to follow. Brewed with loads of Glaxy and dry-hopped with Ekuanot & Azacca, it has the perfect lingering bitterness to keep you onboard.
