Siren Son Red Ale – Callister Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Callister Brewing in Vancouver comes their "Siren Son Red Ale". The beer pours a deep red colour with a tan head. The aroma consists of caramel malts, sweetness, floral hops and a fruity finish. The flavour is of caramel, dark fruits, apple, citrus, roasted malts, bitterness and some sweetness. The alcohol content comes in at 6.5%. This was probably my favourite brew from Callister Brewing on my last visit.
