Nine-month-old pups Gus and Lucy aren’t everyday dogs. They can hold a note for seven seconds. They cannot bark, but yelp and yip.
The breed gets its name from their howling, which some believe sounds like singing. The dogs can come together in song and even harmonize.
Originally from New Guinea, they live in forests and mountains. According to the San Diego Zoo, the dogs are endangered.
