I had an email from Rachel wondering how to do simple make-up. My top tips for quick, simple, easy make-up are:
- Always apply moisturiser before you start
- Choose a foundation that matches your skin tone and apply it sparingly
- Then choose a Blusher thats not to Pink, something pale maybe even peach.
- Then eye shadow- use nude colours, browns, pale pinks, peach. Have three shades of the same color put the lighter one at the corner of your eye (nearest your nose) and work you way out to the darkest and blend.
- Then apply a mascara (and eyeliner if you want but it can harshen the simple/natural look)
- For a lipstick/gloss again choose a nude colour, pale pink/ peach. (I would recommend using the one I have done a post on already.... L'Oreal
