Si, by Georgio Armani - £46 for 30ml
You know those scents that are so good you can't help yourself but keep sniffing, yep, this is one of those. It's one that I always gave a little test in beauty halls, but ended up leaving because it didn't seem exciting enough. When a bottle finally did become mine though, that's exactly what made it so perfect for me; it can be worn as an everyday perfume, perfect for any occasion. With Spring (almost) here, it's nice to switch up the heavier scents with something a bit lighter an fresher, and this fits the bill perfectly. With notes of cassis nectar, modern chypre and light musky wood (a little bit of googling may have been needed for that description) it's sweet but balances well with the musky base notes, feminine but not too floral and fresh. For me, the blackcurrant is what comes through the most, but this dies down quickly and becomes a more woody scent whilst retaining some of the sweetness, which I really love.
It lasts well, is a pretty good price for a high end perfume, and is already getting me excited for the spring time.
Any perfume that has me dreaming of blue skies and bare legs is a winner in my book. What about you? Do you have any favorite spring time scents?
