The quiet entrance showcases the delicate vocals of lead singer William Blackaby with a few backing strums of guitar that succumb to the roaring arrival of the full band at around 17 seconds. The track never slows down from there. You can feel the energy bounce from the cymbals being smashed by Matthew Paisley, as they build to the twangy guitar interlude of Philip Harvard. With hooks that will run through your head for days, “She Comes She Goes” is already on my summer playlist and hopefully will now go on yours. If this track makes your indie rock heart as happy as it makes mine, you can grab it for free on their Bandcamp.
