A Short 360 freighter departs Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Regional Airport in Puerto Rico. First flown in 1981, the Short 360 entered service in November 1982. The 360-300 version featured more powerful engines, six-bladed propellers, higher cruise speed and improved performance. Production of the 360 ceased in 1991 after 165 deliveries. With a fleet of 25, Air Cargo Carriers is the largest civilian operator of Short aircraft in the world.
