Shirebrook Valley Nature Reserve

Posted on the 03 September 2017 by Matt Jackson @seosheffielduk

First designated as a nature reserve in 1999, this 100 hectare piece of land is situated on the old site of Coisley Hill sewage works (which closed in the early 90's), and includes the Beighton Marsh and a variety of wildlife which are a joy to visit.

It's a popular place cot cyclists and walkers alike, with a fantastic network of paths to navigate around the reserve at your own pace. There is a local conservation group that meets to help plan the preservation of the area.

It's one of the best places to go and visit in Sheffield, which is where we offer our internet marketing service from.
