In nearly every country across the world, an Eid feast consists of a meat and rice dish like biryani or pulao, followed by a sweet dish, usually based on milk. And this is the bare minimum! Whatever the case, dessert is something that is most certainly prepared, sometimes before the main course so that it gets time to chill. Today, we’re featuring one such dessert, Sheer Khurma – a rich vermicelli pudding. So this Eid, let your family and guests enjoy a refreshing treat on this special day!
