Shea Moisture Extra Moisture Detangler Review

Posted on the 26 December 2019 by Pamela Foester @FoesterPamela
So in today's post, I wanted to do kind of like a little review kind of not I want to compare Shea Moisture. Leave it, Taylor, to Shea Moisture and the product name is Shea Moisture raw shea butter extra moisture detangler
That's a mouthful but I want to compare the two because I know when I was looking for something to eat. Maybe something else to start using because I've always been using the kinky curly one but when I was looking for something that wasn't maybe a little bit cheaper. Something I can use that would work just as well. I came across the Shea Moisture. Now granted I don't think it is that much cheaper because the kinky curly it goes for eleven ninety-nine. I thought to say I paid eleven onions for this one as well. I think I may have come across a site for eight something online but I'm not sure, but it wasn't that much cheaper if I did purchase it for a cheaper price.
But anyway I wanted to compare the two because like I said I want to find something that would work just as well as Cosmetize but maybe not exactly you know like the same price. So I am going to be comparing these two products today so if you'd like to see that. Keep reading.
So first I'd like to start with the consistency of the two. So I will. Put my finger and you can see. The consistency is I don't know it's not sticky.
But it means you can feel it there is you know like some oils or something in there that makes it a little bit slippery but you can also tell it there's some moisture and then that's going to be good, and definitely conditioning. We put it in your hair. So that was the kinky curly one. Not today. So then I will do the consistency of the Shea Moisture one so. This one's a little bit tackier.
It still has good glide good. Still slippery. Just like the kinky curly one. It's you can tell there are some oils in there that are I will be conditioning for your hair. It fills a kind of the same as I. I can't tell the difference by doing that. Now when I did use the shade more sure one in my hair. I liked it but it's not the same when you put it in your hair. As the Shea Moisture is a little lighter and it's not as heavy and weighs you doesn't wear hair down as much as the shame wash your one does.
This one like I said is a lot lighter and the ingredients in this are not the same. There's fewer ingredients and the key curly than there is in the Shea Moisture one they both I think would do a great job in your hair but if you are someone that isn't like a product that will weigh your hair down or is heavy filling like this one I could feel more the oils going in my hair. Although I have thick curly hair I don't like the filling of any products being too heavy to wear my hair down.
I can tell you what I did like this for I used it when I straighten my hair and I like it for when I straighten my hair because of the oils when I shaved my hair. I like for my hair to be more moisture moisturizer and more conditioned because I'm going to be damaging it with heat. So when it comes to straightening my hair I do like more of more products I have more of an oil base because I don't like my hair to look dry or anything I like for it to look you know.
When you have curly hair in your straightening your hair you've got to apply. I think you should apply some essential oils in your hair because if not it's going to look dry and not healthy and not condition.
So I did like this product for when I straighten my hair for curlies my hair is curly I do not like this product that much for I think I will stick to Shea Moisture because of the consistency of it the lightness of it it still feels like it conditions when I put this in my hair and my curls start to spring up just like that when I put I put this in my hair it did, it did not do the same. They look the same if you would take the labels off and put them side by side.
They look the same so, I think they are one was trying to accomplish the same effect as kinky curly but not for me. I don't think I will be using it for my curly hair and my straight hair. Yes, I like the way it made my hair feel and I don't know if it's helped. I mean I don't know if it translates on camera but in person, my hair is looked a lot shinier. It just did better this time, and I want to say that it's because of this but I also did like an oil treatment overnight.
I don't know if it was because of that and this or this or the oil I don't know but I do like this product for when I am straightening my hair again. Both great products for me the win is complete currently but I will use this for when I straighten my hair. This one has shea butter argon oil and seeks help. This one has organic marshmallow. This one has organic mango fruit. Slippery. Elm an organic marshmallow root as well as lemongrass and some other things but.
Curly straight so that is my review. I hope it was helpful. I hope it made sense because sometimes I talk and it doesn't always mix. To me it does in my head it makes sense. But then when I say it out loud sometimes it makes it so I hope this video is helpful and if it was going ahead and give me a thumbs up.
If you have tried these Shea Moisture products and if you like them also comment on the love you have any other curly hair or straight hair products that you like or leave and that you like that.
You think would work well for curly hair or people who have straight hair.x
