Self Rising Flour Waffles Recipe
As warm breakfast lovers, I had to do something when I ran out of all-purpose flour! I turned to this self rising flour waffle recipe.
Just as delicious and equally as easy to throw together, these waffles are fluffy and really, really good!

This recipe only makes four waffles--but can easily be doubled!
From King Arthur Flour.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries or Other Fruit, Optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
- Combine Milk, Egg, and cooled Butter.
- Add Milk mixture to Dry Ingredients. Blend.
- Bake in your waffle maker.
