Seeing Hands Release New Single ‘I Knew You’ [Stream]

Newcastle’s four-piece, dream-pop band Seeing Hands has released their newest single “I Knew You.” Seeing Hands put themselves on the map earlier this year with their song “Treat You Right,” which drew comparisons with notable acts like The War On Drugs and Real Estate. Surprisingly refined for such a new band, “I Knew You” stays true to the genre, while creating something all it’s own. The track is a blend of rippling guitar and reverb haze, highlighted by singer Kev Curran’s ghostly vocals. Laced with a hint of 80s shoegaze and a tune that’s both melodic and melancholy, “I Knew You” is a perfect accompanying track for that sense of nostalgia that comes when summer turns to autumn. Give it a listen above.
