One of my favorite cuts from Schoolboy Q's album, Oxymoron, is the Swiff D produced track "Studio." So I wasn't sure what to expect with Mad Decent signed producer Grandtheft's edit. I liked a lot of his past stuff so I was willing to give this a few spins and Grandtheft does this justice. He keeps the main hook of the song going and parts of the original beat, but flips it with a bit more bass and ups the tempo. A solid Friday club track for your upcoming weekend plans.
