Schezwan Veg Noodles

Schezwan Veg Noodles is the one I made immediately after making home made Schezwan sauce. It was super yumm and same taste as we get from restaurants.
Ingredients: White Noodles- 2 packs Water- 1500 ml Salt- 1tsp Carrot strips- 1 cup Cabbage shredded- 1 cup Capsicum Strips- 1 cup Sliced Onion- 1 cup Chopped Beans- 1 cup Oil- 3 tbsp Schezwan Sauce- 4 tbsp 
Method: Schezwan Veg Noodles Heat a pot with water and salt.
Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water and put the noodles in cold water. Schezwan Veg Noodles Drain and spread on a plate and set aside. Heat a wok with oil. Add onion, carrot, capsicum and fry for a minute. Add cabbage, beans and capsicum and fry till vegetables are cooked and crisp. Add noodles and mix well. Add schezwan sauce and toss till sauce gets coated evenly. I have used 4 tbsp sauce but its better to go by your preference to choose the sauce amount for the hotness you prefer.
