I have spent the day with my family enjoying a lovely lunch at Slug and Lettuce in Solihull which has become the pub of choice whenever we all meet up and go out for a nice lunch. I'm afraid I was a bad blogger and forgot to photograph my food but I can tell you that I had a very scrummy open chicken pie with a cheese and bacon sauce-yum yum!!!
As I knew I would be eating some good food today I decided I wanted a comfy outfit to wear so I went with a lovely dress from Dorothy Perkins which I picked up in the sale yesterday for £10!!!
So here is what I wore:
I love this dress it is another skater style with an elasticated waist and small mesh panels on the shoulders which add a bit of interest. Please excuse my hair but I got rained on earlier in the day so my hair had gone all flat and strange!!My nine year old niece wanted to be featured as she is a budding fashionista so here she is!...
She even put on some lippy!!
My son then wanted to get in on the action!
