Sasquatch Stout (Nitro) – Old Yale Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Old Yale Brewing out of Chilliwack comes their brand new Nitro version of their "Sasquatch Stout". The beer pours an opaque black colour with a creamy brown head that lingers. The aroma consists of roasted malts, earth and a smokey finish. The flavour is of big roasted malts, smoke, roasted coffee and a good bitterness hit. The beer has an amazing creamy mouth feel from the nitro. The alcohol content comes in at 5%. While this version of the beer tastes very different than its regular counterpart this one is very good and I hope they find a way to package it. In the least I hope they sell the kegs.
