Recently we started hearing rumors about Apple making an iWatch, a new smartwatch that would make things easier to work along with its’ iPhone. And, then Samsung also came into the middle of these speculations mentioning its’ own version of a smartwatch. Finally, after a rain of rumors we have official confirmation from Samsung that they are developing a smartwatch.
“We’ve been preparing the watch product for so long,” During an interview with Bloomberg, Samsung’s mobile business executive vice president, Lee Young Hee confirmed the rumors. “We are working very hard to get ready for it. We are preparing products for the future, and the watch is definitely one of them.”
He kept all the details to a minimum for the surprise later. Although, he did tease about the rumored Apple’s iWatch smartwatch as well. Obviously, the battle among these two companies will heat up once again with this new device. Only question is, who will release its’ smartwatch first?
