The company has started sending out invitations to “Unpacked 5″ event on February 24 at MWC event. This doesn’t necessarily mean that Samsung is unveiling Galaxy S5, but it’s likely to happen considering the fact that Samsung revealed Galaxy S4 in last years Unpacked event.

According to rumors and reports we have so far, the next-gen phone is likely to feature 4GB of RAM, Android 4.4, display with 2560×1440 resolution and possibly a fingerprint scanner.
