These new tabs doesn’t have mind-blowing specs or features, but they do feature some improvements that makes tablet use much more comfortable than it used to be. One of those new updates includes adaptive display technology, which optimize gamma, brightness, contrast and sharpness based on what you’re viewing depending on the place you’re using the tab. The Super AMOLED screens on both tabs makes it ideal for outdoor use as they are said to be 40 percent less reflective than LCD screens.

The 6.6mm thick design of the Tab S makes it even slimmer than iPad Mini, which has a 7.5mm thick body. In addition there is a 1.9GHz quad + 1.3GHz quad octa-core Samsung Exynos 5 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and an 8_MP camera on board.

Samsung also showed-off a series of accessories for Galaxy Tab S family icnluding a couple of smart covers and a bluetooth keyboard that turns the tablet into a notebook. Sort of like Microsoft’s new Surface 3.
