Samsung Gear Live Hacked to Run Windows 95 on the Smartwatch

Corbin Davenport is geeky developer who’s always been hacking and trying out new things with ordinary devices. His latest experiment with Samsung Gear Live has allowed him to run the old Windows 95 OS on the smartwatch.

Even with the Snapdragon 400 CPU and 512 MB of RAM, the OS is buggy, full of crashes and far from perfect. Well, that’s what you get from running a two-decade old operating system on a next-gen device smartwatch. Check out the video for a closer look.
