S&S; E3 Highlights: EA’s Conference I enjoy EA’s conference every year at E3 because they focus on showing new games and nothing else.  Here is a list of a few of those games announced by EA.
Dead Space 3 (Feb. 2013): I love horror games; unfortunately for years after Silent Hill 2 there weren’t too many games out there that could give me a good scare.  Then Dead Space came along and turned me into a screaming little school boy.  Then Dead Space 2 was released and was just as horrifying to me.  Now that Dead Space 3 is coming I am super excited to once again wet my pants.  The game looks much more polished and will feature drop-in online co-op.  Having my friends’ drop-in to assist me should alleviate the terror of walking down those narrow corridors by myself; I will greatly appreciate that!
SimCity Social (releasing in a few weeks on Facebook) I will admit that Facebook gaming is not really my thing, aside from playing Words with Friends…if you can call that gaming.  But after seeing SimCity Social it brought back those childhood feelings of playing SimCity back in 1989; I’m kinda’ old now L.  Anyway, this is now on my “games to play” list.
Medal of Honor Warfighter (Oct.23, 2012) When it comes to shooters I’m the one used as target practice in multiplayer, so I usually stick to the single player campaign and I enjoyed the first MOH single player campaign even though it was kind of short.  That’s why MOH Warfighter single player campaign has got me excited.  This game looks amazing, especially running on the Frostbite 2 engine.  Need for Speed Most Wanted (Oct. 30, 2012) Not much of a racing fan but I’ll give this one a “test drive”, ;-).
Crysis 3 (Feb, 2013) Another FPS who’s past single player games I rather enjoyed.  Crytek seems to have made improvements from the second one so maybe Crysis 3 will do a little better than its predecessor.  I mean, who doesn’t like shooting an arrow at a helicopter and watch it blow to smithereens.
