Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance OilSacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Oil Spotlight

Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden pays homage to one of the oldest ingredients in perfumery.  This is a smooth, silky sandalwood resting on florals and musks.  Sandalwood trees are heavy trees that retain their fragrance for decades.  Sandalwood oil is extracted from the woods for various uses, one of the most prevalent being fragrances.  Sandalwood oil has a distinctive soft, warm, and creamy precious-wood scent.  It is used to give fragrances a long lasting wood base.  It is also used as a fixative in the perfuming industry.  Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is a sandalwood scent so enticing, you’ll want to use it in all of your products (you’re in luck: you can!).

What Does Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is a tranquil scent that encourages peace and comfort.  Smooth, rich sandalwood rests atop powdery amber and velvety florals.  A touch of musks finish off the scent with a hint of sensuality.

How Do Our Customers Use Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is soft and smooth, making it a wonderful choice for bath and body products.  Gels and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.  Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil performs exceptionally in a wide array of scented products.  One such product is homemade perfume.  Handmade perfumes perform well with this fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Homemade lotions can be created using this uplifting scent.  We recommend lotion recipes use no more than 5% fragrance oil.  Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Soap crafters can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap, or cold process soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing results show that soap made with this fragrance oil has a perfect pour!  There is no ricing, no acceleration, and no separation.  Cured soap discolored to a light beige and had a strong scent retention.  If you wish to use color in any of your bath and body products, we would recommend using brown and yellow soap colorant in the amount you desire.  Remember not to use candle dye in any of your bath and body products as they are not body safe.

How Do Our Customers Use Sacred Sandalwood Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Create an air of sacred appeal by using this fragrance in your room scenting products!  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate up to 50% of this fragrance oil in their projects.  You can use this soft, warm fragrance oil in incense and smelly jelly recipes.  This fragrance oil was also found to create strongly scented aroma beads.

Also, candles and wax tarts can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss.  If you color your candles, we would recommend 1 drop of brown and a little bit of yellow liquid candle dye per 4 pounds of wax.  You can also color your melted wax with a small amount of brown and yellow color blocks.  Do not use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick.
