RYAN HEMSWORTHS INSPIRED COLOUR & MOVEMENT [VIDEO]

Ryan Hemsworth’s “Colour & Movement” has been stalking me since I saw the song’s video a few weeks ago. Featuring a group of Urban Outfitters-esque girls smoking cigarettes, the footage couldn’t be a more perfect companion to the song. The Canadian producer mixes and distorts The Notwist’s “Consequence” with minimalistic effects and beats to create a song that actually sounds like sexy, slow motion cigarette smoke. Then, right around three and a half minutes, he masterfully tosses Elliott Smith’s “Everything Means Nothing to Me” into the mix. Brilliant! He’s definitely gaining momentum and attention for his EP, released last August, and for his ongoing flow of inspired remixes. It’s funny that the title of the EP is Last Words, because I know without a doubt that this is not the last we’ll be hearing of Ryan Hemsworth. Check out “Colour & Movement” above.
