The Rustbuster is a brand new plumbing tool specifically designed to provide a quicker and easier way to dose a partially drained central heating system, utilising the cheaper option of using a liquid. Using The Rustbuster also allows for a cleaner application, as spillage is drastically reduced, if not banished altogether. It is compact, portable and will hold a maximum volume of 1.5 litres and withstand a pressure in excess of 3 bar. The results from our research and development showed that it was not always possible to dose into a radiator eg. old radiators which don’t have the required ½bsp tapping. Therefore to produce a simple funnel type product was simply not an option. Something more was needed – The Rustbuster.
