Starting a company has definitely been a great learning experience. When we started SeatGeek 3.5 years ago we didn’t realize how important recruiting is. Finding the best people possible takes an enormous amount of time but it’s an area where companies shouldn’t cut corners. Beyond that, we learned how important building a team culture is and how to balance expanding the scope of our business without losing focus.
