Rudolph Makes Going to the Dentist Fun for Kids

Posted on the 24 June 2012 by Jon Baucom @SidekickMag

A trip to the dentist can be an intimidating proposition for anyone, especially a young child. But by designing an inviting office and playing up her kid-friendly last name, Dr. Lesley Rudolph has turned South Tampa Pediatric Dentistry into a place children are happy to visit. With images of Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer placed throughout the facility—including at the front—patients are relaxed as soon as they enter the building. They remain comfortable in the waiting room, which contains a flat-screen TV, games and toys for the kids to enjoy before visiting the dentist. And with state-of-the-art equipment and an expanding staff—Rudolph has seven employees now, up from three when she opened the office—the facility also provides the top-notch dental care young children need.
