Rosé Roses

It was one of those days when the weather was confusing; mild, bright, overcast but then a gust of north wind had you thinking it wasn’t as warm as you hoped it would be. Days like these, i.e. changing seasons are tricky as I never know quite how to judge it with my clothes. Nor does anyone else as there was a mixture of scarves, jumpers, coats, shorts, summer dresses and also boots out and about in town.When I met up with mother on Princes Street the weather was pretty overcast which later turned into an utterly magical (almost) summer’s evening. Scotland really can be fickle. As you can tell, this is taken at HN’s Forth Floor (it’s called “Forth Floor” because it has views over to the Forth) balcony. Their balcony is one of the best places to take a photo in Edinburgh.
