What to do when the clock strikes 5pm on a Friday and it’s sunny, warm and there’s even blue sky? You head to Hyde Park, grab a spot on the sun soaked grass, crack open a bottle and enjoy a catch-up with one of your favorite people. That’s what you do. In this case of course my mumma was joining me as we sat with Waitrose humous, dips and the sunshine. And let’s not forget the liquid part which is always such an important aspect! The Whispering Angel Rosé was happily enjoyed, although it did taste different at the Ivy Chelsea Garden so I’m not sure what happened … Cheers to catch – ups and life with our goblets, bien sûr! And bad blogger India for not having my nails painted … Intern life gets in the way, apologies. It was so incredibly peaceful just sitting out on the grass in Hyde Park, watching the sun set, families gather, couples wander and also, so importantly enjoying all that beautiful space.
