Food lovers can enjoy authentic traditional cuisines from all the eight NE States viz., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura served all seven days in a week.

Some of the unique dishes available at Rosang are Ngatok- Fish Stew with Indigenous Spices and Aromatic Herbs (Arunachal Pradesh), Maroi Bora- Manipuri Style Herbs Fritters (Manipur), Bilahi Masor Tenga- Special Fish Curry with Tangy Tomato (Assam), Arsa Chhum- Chicken infused in North-East Herbs and Lemon Leaf (Mizoram), Jadoh- Combination of Wild Red Rice and Sesame with pork (Meghalaya), Akshi Aser Nuoshi -Pork with Dry Yam Stem without Oil (Nagaland), Tokhan- Chicken Curry with  North-East Herbs and Sour Tomatoes (Tripura), Alloo Taama- Potato and Bamboo Shoot Curry (Sikkim) among others.
